Maria Chrysayi

Maria Chrysayi, a scholar of the Onassis Foundation, gave a recital with works of Frescobaldi, Froberger, Handel and C.P.E. Bach played on the early instruments of the Fenton House Museum in London.

She also participated in a concert with the Royal Academy Chamber Orchestra in the context of the Music by the Commons festival, while in May 2009 she joined the early keyboard instruments orchestra of the Royal Academy of Music with Laurence Cummings as a conductor in the Duke's Hall of the Royal Academy of Music.

In July, she accompanied Skip Sempe in a harpsichord masterclass which took place in Piccola Academia di Montisi in Italy.

To conclude, in April 2009, Maria Chrysayi performed in a recital with 17th and 18th century music in the Athens Conservatoire concert hall. Along with tenor Nikos Spanatis, they performed works of Dowland, Purcell, Handel and Weckmann.
